Squash Québec est ravi de vous inviter à deuxième tournoi amical au Centre Pur Mer, à Sainte-Adèle, le samedi 21 février 2026. Ce tournoi, conçu pour être convivial et sans stress, offre une formule originale de matchs en série dans une ambiance décontractée où le plaisir est garanti !

Et ce n’est pas tout : profitez également d’un accès au spa pour seulement 25 $. C’est l’occasion idéale de combiner sport et détente, tout en savourant le décor enchanteur des Laurentides et les installations du Centre Pur Mer.

Horaire de la journée:

• Initiation gratuite au squash : 10h à 11h
• Formation sur l’arbitrage par un officiel certifié. Interprétez mieux les règles de squash en situation de jeu : 11h à 11 :30
• Tournoi amical : 11h à 14h
• Relaxation au spa du Centre Pur mer : 14h à 18h

Format du tournoi amical :

Vous aurez un match avec chaque participant

Le match est terminé dès qu’un participant atteint 5 points

Le total de points que vous accumulez lors de l’ensemble de vos matchs déterminera votre classement

Schedule for the day:

• Free squash initiation: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
• Training on refereeing by a certified official. Better understand the rules of squash in a game situation: 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• Friendly tournament: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Relaxation at the Centre Pur Mer spa: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Friendly tournament format:

You will play one match with each participant.

The match is over as soon as one participant reaches 5 points.

The total number of points you accumulate during all your matches will determine your ranking.
