Montreal League

The Interclub Montréal squash league is an amateur league open to all levels. Currently, eight teams of 6 or more players are in place. Matches are usually played during the week followed by social events. Players of each team of the same level meet and points are awarded for each points, games and matches won. At the end of the season, playoffs are held.

WMSL (Montreal Women Squash League)

The Montreal Women’s Squash League combines competition and social. Participants have the opportunity to play in different clubs on the island of Montreal and to be confronted with a variety of players.

Each week, all the players meet in one place and will play an official match against opponents different from their level – this can also include players from your club – but with the emphasis that it is a “official match” that counts for the provincial standings.

The season runs from November to the end of March. This format allows you to register for the full season, or to join us on a weekly basis. New players can join us at any time during the season. It is your responsibility to confirm your availability each week.

All players who wish to participate in the “WMSL” must take out a “subscription to Squash Quebec”. This membership allows players to participate in sanctioned events including tournaments and leagues and provides players with provincial rankings.

City League (Gatineau – Ottawa)

The City League is an interclub league in the Ottawa/Outaouais region. Every Wednesday, from October to April, participants from each club’s teams play a competitive match against a player of their level from the opposing team. Matches are played across each of the clubs in the region. The Sporthèque club as well as the Cascades club participate in the city league.

Registration: Possibly back in October 2022.
