A player will officially become ranked in the older category when they play two NJC tournaments in that division. Reminder that players must play in three NJC events to show up in the NJC system at all.\nAppeals:\nPlayers can appeal to move up an age division outside of the above guidelines if they meet 2 of the following 3 criteria: \nSeeded #1 in their current entry list by rating\nHas won an NJC in their current age category and event of the same level or higher (Platinum/Gold)\n0.25 rating or more above the next player in their current entry list\nREMINDER: \nAthletes MUST enter their own division and submit a move up request by filling out the Squash Canada NJC Playing Up Application Form.
